I begin with an "image" already in my mind and then using the tools of my craft, I create that same image in the physical world. Landscape photographer Ansel Adams once said, "You don't take a photograph, you make a photograph." That is what I do. When the reaction I get from a viewer is "wow".... I know I've reached my goal. I find natural landscapes and architecture to be quite facinating. I work primarily with natural light and all of my pieces have been carefully composed and extensively retouched, to match my 'vision'.
