Digital Artist

Digital artist David Rearwin has been engaged in both art and photography for over forty years. With the advent of digital imagery and processing, he progressed to a fusion of studio art and photography. A surfer and diver since the 1950s, his favorite subjects have to do with the ocean and everything around it, especially the sense of motion, form and energy embodied in waves. He also seeks to document the ever-changing face of the human condition, whether a magic moment on a wave or a symbolic situation elsewhere. He currently divides his time between California and Hawai’i.
